Wheelchair access

The building has wheelchair access. Behind the museum entrance door there is a lift which takes a visitor to the ticket office. Another lift is used to move within floors with displays.

Cloakroom

Visitors can use the cloakroom in the entrance hall. The cloakroom does not have a cloakroom attendant. Use of the cloakroom is free of charge.  TMB is not responsible for any things placed in the cloakroom.

Refreshment

Refreshments are not allowed in the display areas. They are allowed in cafeteria and in the entrance hall where the vending machines are located. The museum plans to build its café in the future.

Toilets and a changing table

Toilets for men and women are located in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors including cubicles for disabled people.
Parents with toddlers can use a changing table located in the 2nd floor, in a toilet cubicle for disabled women.
